- Announce committee will be attempting to invite candidates running for this upcoming election to speak at next committee meeting.
- Mentioned congressman Mike Doyle’s ideals on his picnic he’s hosting October 2nd at the Westinghouse Lodge Picnic Site in Forrest Hills
- Fundraiser at the IBEW local hall, where the possible speaker Pete Aguilar
- Vice Chair report outs:
- Spoke on mail in ballots and sharing the information.
- Council availability to run for other seats.
- Materials brought to meeting for committee members to take with them.
- Secretary report outs:
- Spoke on attendance.
- Not receiving minutes from previous meeting.
- Subcommitee Report outs:
- Forming a phone-contact tree.
- Ideas from other committee members to assist this idea.
- Canvassing for the candidates.
- Possibly creating a committee members bio complete with pictures.
- Ride sharing to support those who could use transportation to get to the polls on election day.
