On Tuesday night, Sara Innamorato declared victory as the Democratic nominee for Allegheny County Executive. Currently a state representative, Innamorato campaigned on progressive issues and was endorsed by Mayor Ed Gainey, Congresswoman Summer Lee, and the local chapter of the Service Employees International Union. In November, Innamorato will face Republican Joe Rockey in the general election.

- Patrick Sweeney for Judge, Court of Common Pleas
- Erica Rocchi Brusselars for County Treasurer
- Bethany Hallam for Allegheny County Council, At Large
- Paul Klein for County Council, District 11
- Corey O’Connor for County Controller
- Barb Warwick for City Council, District 5
- Rachael Heisler for City Controller
